Application Details

  • Customer Account Inquiry provides for display of all invoices and payments on account for selected customers. Customer notes, aging information, and invoice snapshots are easily accessed.
  • Cash receipts supports open item or balance forward customers. For open item customers, invoices may be displayed automatically in date order for application of cash.
  • Unlimited note capability allows maintenance of note records pertaining to any account activity for late payments or other important account information. Notes may be designated to print on invoices and statements.
  • Statements are printed for only those customers that are specified to receive statements. Aged subtotals can be automatically shown at the bottom of each statement.


  • The Commissions Due Report may be printed showing all commissions due to sales representatives for any specified period.
  • Accounts Receivable Aging Report notifies the user of open and aged invoices, and cash receipts, as well as the salesperson responsible for the sale. Multiple aging templates may be constructed with user-defined aging periods and sort orders. This allows the user to create multiple views of the aging information.
  • Sales Analysis Reporting enables management to easily locate the major sources of sales and profit. Month-to-date and year-to-date sales and cost figures are available by customer, salesperson, or sales tax code.
  • Additional reports are available, as well as the capability to create and customize individual reports.


  • My ERP's Accounts Receivable is fully integrated with the standard My ERP security application. User passwords will provide controlled access to the Accounts Receivable module.

System Integration

  • The Accounts Receivable module is a prerequisite for the Customer Order Processing module and is fully interfaced with the General Ledger.
  • The Accounts Receivable package interfaces with Customer Order Processing and provides for timely updating of customer account balances and available credit.
