The Payroll package provides management with a easy to use menu driven system to produce paychecks and accurately maintain payroll records for gross wages, tax deductions, and vacation and sick pay, for hourly or salaried employees.

Product Capabilities

• Calculates payroll and all taxes for FICA, Federal, State, and applicable city taxes
• Supports unlimited departments, as well as multiple states and locations

Application Details

• The Employee Master File allows base pay and four different hourly rates. Interactive entry and editing of temporary and supplemental income, such as commissions and bonuses, is also maintained.
• Payroll Attendance supports entry of an unlimited number of attendance transactions from employee timecards.
• Payroll Check Printing allows payroll to be printed by employee name, number, or department.

Reports

• The Payroll History Report provides full employee check history for a specified period, including a complete record of all payroll transactions generated for each employee.
• Employee reports such as the Overtime and Sick Pay Report, Job Class/Equal Opportunity Report, City Withholding Tax Report, Taxable Wages Report, and Worker's Compensation Report, give management visibility of payroll records for the quarter or the entire year.
• The Check Reconciliation Report identifies all reconciled and unreconciled checks for any specified period.
• Additional reports are available, as well as the capability to create and customize individual reports.

Security

• Payroll is fully integrated with the standard My ERP security application. User passwords will provide controlled access to the Payroll module.

System Integration

• My ERP's Payroll package is a stand- alone application fully integrated with the General Ledger and Labor Performance modules. The interface to the General Ledger may include complete detail or only summarized data by account and date.
